Our purpose this year is to establish good communications with the clubs so that we are better able to support them.

We will do this by:

1. Providing an effective email link system to enable colleagues to be in contact with one another.  This will allow International Chairmen to ask for help from others or to seek advice both form committee members and also from each other.
2. Providing a regular bulletin for the international scene from RIBI, and publicizing club activities.
3. Ensuring regular contact with clubs having allocated clubs in zones to each committee member.
4. Attempting to visit clubs on a regular basis
5. Promoting club projects throughout the district and enlisting help as required.

In addition we will:

1. Support any RIBI initiatives as necessary, such as the Leonard Cheshire Disability project for schools.
2. Coordinate any emergency response.
