- What was the average weekly attendance over the last 12 months; is this increasing or declining?
- What is the average age of the Club's members today, what was it 5 years ago, 10 years ago?
- In 10 years time will we have a viable Club to hand on to our successors?
Having decided that we want to revive our Club; -what do we need todo to make our Club more attractive/welcoming to new members? |
