question_mark_3.jpg"Do I need to register?" I hear you ask... well some of you, anyway.

The simple answer is, "No."  However, you should register.

The District 1260 website is full of information on what clubs have been achieving, are about to achieve, and would like to achieve. Many clubs and Rotarians across the District are already signed-up and providing photos, articles and information that benefits Rotary and all the clubs across the three counties.

All of this information is fully available to any member of the public that comes a-hunting, and due to the sterling efforts of those active on the site we are seeing thousands of hits daily, with up to 100 unique visitors every day.

However, there are a number of extra benefits to Rotarians who register on the website:-

  • Automatic registration to receive the District Newsletter directly into your inbox.
  • Access to contact details for the District Team and other registered Rotarians.
  • Access to Rotarian-only documents - e.g. presentations, minutes, District documents, forms.
  • Ability to join in discussions and contribute to the future of the District and clubs within it.
  • But most of all - the ability to post articles and pictures publicising your club, your projects and your achievements.

After all - the website is only here to promote and assist all the Rotary Clubs in the area; if you're not contributing - the your club is missing out on free publicity from a website thats getting thousands of hits every day.

So - what are you waiting for; it's free, there's nothing to lose and everything to gain. Register Now!

A Thought...

glennestessl.jpg"One of the most wonderful things about Rotary is that it allows you to be part of something so much larger than yourself."

Glenn E. Estess Snr., RI President 2005.

Nothing Changes...

paul-harris.jpg"I would like to think that the pioneering days of Rotary have only just begun. There are just as many new things to be done as ever there were. Kaleidoscopic changes are taking place, many of them without our will. Even to hang on to the fringe of this fast-changing world is about all most of us can do. Rotary simply must continue to pioneer or be left in the rear of progress."

Paul Harris - The Rotarian February 1945
